That's brill Hun well done my thyroid was main reason I was given bypass as my surgeon believes it can help control symptoms!! It's a bit unstable at the moment but that's robe expected wiv the op and weight loss ,so their monitoring wiv monthly blood tests at moment and altering my meds...
you can always ring your team hun they can advise best but to be honest with a cold other than paracetmol and resting it needs to works its own way out as meds wont work unless infection sets in xx

My surgeon wanted to do keyhole as first option but I also signed for open surgery as problems were expected because of previous ops on my stomach areas!! Luckily I got the keyhole version x x
Hun dont panic my operation was to actully help with my thyroid i have Hashimto's thyroid disease and i can honestly say im 5 weeks post op and havent felt this well in the last 3 yrs ,so was worth it in every way!! xx
i know hun so hubbys took the scales away now as said i need to stop as i look amazing and its my head causing myself to get upset(his such a smartarse as his rite lol)..
But im a lot happier now and realisticly if i lose a couple of pound a week wil be better as so far iv got no saggy skin.. xx
