These photo's really bring it home to me. I know I've lost weight but I can't believe I look so different. I'm half way there now and I'm so pleased.

People keep saying I must be there now and not to lose anymore but I'm still a porker and have 59 lb to go. It will get me down to 9 st which is exactly in the middle of the healthy BMI range for being 5' 3"

I must admit I'm happier about having my photo taken now days.
