Not posted much recently but thought i'd put up a before and 1 year on picture. I can't say it's been easy and i'm struggling at the moment with wrong choices and the last 3 stone but it's definately been worth it.

Thankyou... Still a way to go but actually seeing these photo's today has made me realise how much i've lost and inspired me to pull my socks up and put the effort into losing the rest

Do you struggle at all with anything in particular ? I still have trouble with meat which is when i find myself taking the easy options
