Hi everyone
I'm 3 weeks out and now on to the puree stage. I've had the odd thing over the past few days (naughty, but sooo bored with milk/soup etc) and I've been ok.
I'm drinking over 3 ltrs of water with NAS juice each day.
I've had no problems with any foods that I have tried out and I'm managing to eat about 1 - 1.5 oz of puree.
My question is, am I still supposed to have the soups as well?
I'm just not hungry and feel that I've had more than enough with what I'm eating. I am making sure that I eat something 3 times a day, but between the food & drink I don't think I can get anything else in!
I'm going to stick a protein shake in at some stage and I'm still making my coffee with milk as I know I'm having no where near enough protein, but I don't want to eat just for the sake of it. Does that make sense?
Any advice? x
