hiya everyone,i got banded 4 weeks ago tomorrow and ive lost 2 stone since then,im amazed at how fast im losing it tbh ive had a few slip ups along the way but i dont have any restriction yet so think im doing well,hope you all are too xx

Thankyou..I'm still on the puree stage so a typical day is oat so simple porridge for breakfast,yoghurt for lunch,and scrambled egg with beans for dinner xx
