5 day pouch test diet has any1 heard of it or done it!

Hi All

Hope everyone is all happy and weight loss is all going well !!

Just a quick question i just read online about the 5 day pouch test diet to kick start your wl when you have plateaued for a while.

As I have hit a bit of a stall with my weight loss it is just staying level I am just over 1 year post op and keen to shed another 2-3 stone (i will be happy with 2 stone)

It consists of
Day 1 & 2 liquid protien (soups, broths, protien shakes and yogurts)

Day 3 Soft protien (tinned fish, cottage cheese,eggs,fish, protien shakes)

Day 4 Firm protien (ground beef\lamb, chicken,turkey)

Day 5 (Hard Protien, such as beef,steak, lamb, dried poultry with just 15 minutes to eat it)

I just wondered has anyone done this and has it helped???

I wondering is this a good option.

I have lost just under 11st so just want to get to my target now !!
