6 month surgiversary

Well, six months ago today I had my surgery (gastric sleeve) and what a 6 months it's been! A very hard start but now eating most things (healthy of course) but in tiny amounts.
I weighed myself this morning and I'd lost another 5lbs this week, making my total loss 6st 7lbs. I'm extremely happy

That is fantastic. Gives me great hope for myself. I am due to have sleeve op on 20th Dec all being well!!!
