6 weeks out bypass

I am 6 weeks out. 38 lbs gone. My tool has decided to turn on me more. This past week I have started to vomit . I can eat something one day and then the next time I eat it, it comes back up ,IMMEDIATELY.

Have you contacted your care team ? If so what do they advise ?
