had op august 4th, the july pic was race for life 2 weeks before, and day before i started the pre op diet

03/05/11 - group meeting at St Georges
08/03/12 - saw surgeon from the bariatric team
10/04/12 - dietician
19/07/12 - pre op
23/07/12 - started pre op diet = 23st 4lb
04/08/12 - op = 22st 1lb
02/09/12 = 20st 4lb - 1lb to go to 3 stone loss
09/09/12 = 19st 13lb - over 3 stone

2011 - referred to and accepted by Mr Sufi at The Whittington. On waiting list. Had to move for personal reasons.
Now at Derby
11 Feb 2013 Call from hospital - op date 25 Feb
13 Feb - ANOTHER call from hospital - op bought forward to 22 Feb
15 Feb - Pre-op at Nuffield, Derby. Fantastic!
22 Feb - Op day :bliss:
