7lb loss over xmas 2 weeks

God it's a great feeling to lose over Christmas,when most are gaining.
I haven't weighed yet,as long as I've not gained x

The good news is that 3 years on and the weight can still drop off!! I also lost 3lbs over christmas having had my DS 3 years ago. I didn't restrain myself but just kept active! It's a brilliant tool.
