Another Good Week

Well pleased another 3lb off
Summer weightloss Challenge Target hit 10 days early.
I put an old pair of jeans on this morning that I found at the back of the wardrobe. When I looked at the size they were 10inches smaller waist than the last pair I bought and not only did they fit I put them on without undoing them and needed a belt to hold them up.
Most of my shirts (6XL) are like tents even the 4xl is a bit baggy. I am not buying any new clothes until before I go away at the end of July so I am hoping I will be able to go to a normal shop for some new clothes. Not long before I hit Primart. perhaps Christmas. The first match is about to start so I am going chill out and watch it.
