Hi gang! I don't know if you'll remember me but I introduced myself some time ago and told you how desperate I was for surgery.
I have since been to see my GP who was very supportive and booked me in to have some bloods done. It now turns out that I have type 2 diabetes (I have PCOS also). I am having a lot of chest pain and so we are going to investigate that too.
I am off on the 14th June for my initial assessment with UCH and I am nervous to say the least. It's up to me to prove to them how much I need this and that I will do whatever it takes to make the most of the opportunity.
