Back to basics with a band

As you said. Back to basics. Protein first, then your fruit and veggies followed by carbs. Water and exercise. But foremost getting in the right headspace ... Seems to me like you already have all the answers. Just need to maintain the focus x
 
my eating order was always veg first then protein to make sure your getting some vitamins in , the 5 day pouch test can be good iv heard although more for bypassers can work well for banders too.
 
I wish I could eat my veggies first, because i love them but they are too bulky with not enough calories, and if I eat veg/salad with my band restricting me, I am too full for the protein. I suppose that's my one downside of the band in the fact that I cannot have platefuls of the green stuff anymore :rolleyes:
