going back to the gym tomorrow cant wait, it was the first appoint i could get since the surgery as need to get my programme changed to suit me since the surgery.
Im scared and yet excited

very disappointed they booked me in but for the wrong type of session so even though the instructor didnt have anyone else to see he couldnt help me just told me to go on the treadmil for 15 minutes and do some gentle walking.
At least i didnt have to pay and have booked in for Thursday for the proper appointment, just wish they'd listen to me on the phone in the first place ggrrr
