Thought I would start a new thread to help keep motivated so here goes...

Day of op ... Went well but had to stay in overnight due to bp rising & horrendous pain on left side of body ( trapped wind) felt like when I had gallstones ??.... Managed to drink 2 cups peppermint tea this so helped with trapped wind sipped water & 1/2 cup tomato soup

Day after op .... Went home had 2 cups peppermint tea & small muller light yoghurt
Lunch .... 1/2 protein shake
Tea .... 1/2 protein shake
Sips of water
Has a bad headache so took soluble paracetamol don't think I drank enough felt a bit down as couldn't pick up my toddler

2nd day post op .... Feel so much better managed to walk round house with out being crouched over lol ... Did washing up (wanted to feel normal) so far had
2 cups tea
I small yoghurt

Day 3 post op

Had 1/2 cup tea , I small muller light yoghurt 500ml squash, I milky coffee, I muller light yoghurt

Still getting a bit wind pain did a 45 min walk was so tired afterwards has an afternoon nap

I have to sip everything as I can feel everything going down so not feeling hungry yet I have a 10ml band fitted with nothing in yet x
