Snack- Cold porridge stodge, 3 tablespoons. (left over from yesterday and cold...I love it!! Like a wet flapjack!)

Does this sound ok? I'm nearly 6 weeks post op and having my first fill next week.

Just found this thread and if is ok - will post daily.. I have noticed a few of you have ryvita or water biscuits and soups.. some having peanuts? I have crackerbread as ryvita I found dried my mouth too much, have cut back on soups as they go thru band quickly or so was told and I havent dared try peanuts as was told to avoid them and I love them :sigh:

anyways.. I been having:
Breakfast or when I wake - coffee
lunch between 12 - 1pm a small fist sized jacket potato with 2 tablespoons ready made sandwich filler from tescos chiller cabinet (the chicken n bacon one is yum) or grated cheese and sprinkle of pepper or cream cheese with diced peppers, diced onion and half a slice of sandwich ham diced and sprinkled on top..
tea (eating @ half 7 sometimes 8pm by time finally feel hungry) - had savoury mince with 2 tablespoons mashed potato and spoonful of peas and carrots mixed together

drinks.. erm.. nothing for 15 mins before meal, nothing for 45 mins or so after but in total today have had - 6 small cups of coffee with skimmed milk, 1 sweetener and 3 cups options mint or white choc drink - again with skimmed milk and 1 sweetener..

I dont think am having enough fluids.. can go for ages without wanting or feelin need for a drink but take a 500ml bottle of diluted juice with me when I go out and still come back with most of it
