I've never seen the contestants eating... not sure if I miss the part but I'd love to be following their daily diets....

I wouldn't have wanted to be force fed cream cakes etc either...

I'm still thinking the Biggest Loser USA has the edge on the equivalent here... but I'm always pleased to see weightloss programmes these days... just the kick I need!

anyone watching the usa version tonight on livingit? i much prefer this to the uk version. I can't beleive the brits lost so little last night.

I noticed that 2 as well Yorkie but when they showed the next episode some of them was eating cheese every day. think it was their food choices they was making

it's weird how all but one of them had a really bad weigh in though. mind you, after eating over 20 temptations they were lucky not to gain.
