The one on the left was taken last night 18/08/14, the one on the right was taken around 24/01/14

Gone from a 48" waist to a 34"
Gone from a 20" neck to a 16"
And from 25st 6lb to 14st 9lb
Still around 5lb from target but very happy so far

Thank you all so much for your positive comments, im obviously proud of losing so much but im also equally ashamed that i let myself get into such a state in the first place. As far as loose skin in concerned, i do have some but nowhere near as much as i was warned to expect, and i can have my 'apron' around my stomach removed if i maintain for 2 years so it happy days. Thanks again
