I DECIDED TO GET BK ON TRACK TODAY ALL IS GD SO FAR REALLY DONT KNOW Y TOOK ME LAST 2 WEEKS TO GET MY HEAD AROUND IT...........I KNOW I SAID B4IM BK ON IT AND U ALL PROBALY THINK HERE SHES GOES AGAIN LOL iT WAS JUST SILLY PICKINGS AGAIN AND THATS WAT MY TERRIBLE HABIT IS HERES TO A GD WEEK ANYWAY CATCH U SOON

Sarah, get everything out of the fridge and cupboards that are no good for you and just leave the things that you're allowed to pick at lol. If it is'nt there for you to pick at then you can't pick, its the only way that worked for me " if you should'nt have it then don't buy it" I was just the same so I know how hard it is and found this the only solution.
