i've been having 2 weetabix for breakfast and I'm hungry mid morning.
Can i have better options for breakfast from you that will fill me and keep me full for longer please?
 
I think the obvious is porridge, if you're not working something more substantial like protein scrambled eggs!
 
I don't really like porridge i have to force it down
 
i hated porride but oats so simple apple n blueberry is lush..... cheesy scrambled egg, tom sauce.... scrambled egg n beans.......omlette?.......
 
Most wheat based foods will make you hungry mid morn as the body will convert the carbs to glucose (sugar) although wholewheat is slower releasing. Protein based breakfast will sustain you longer - so eggs, fish, cheese or protein drinks. Scrambled eggs with mushrooms ham and grated cheese is a favourite of mine. At weekends I buy fresh sardines and grill them med style with tomatoes.
 
I'm partial to scrambled egg n tinned tomatoes on wholemeal toast, although i never have time to make it grr
