I'm just wondering what you all drink?

I used to drink a lot of coffee but post surgery i found i didn't like it anymore..... still have 4 jars of coffee sitting in my cupboard
I'm nearly 13 weeks post op and i've either been drink water or robinsons NAS pear & apple juice and a protein shake a day.
I've been craving something else, like pure apple or orange juice or a can of drink (tango etc). I know fizzy stuff is a no no but is pure apple juice ok?
I'm so scared of dumping that i haven't tried anything other than water and NAS squash.

Any ideas?
Desperate for something different with a bit of taste.

If I have fresh juice I dilute 50:50 with water, I drink a lot of tea and water alone or with NAS, also dilutes shloer with water too.

Breakfast - cups of tea
Lunch - homemade slow cooked beef (recipe below) steamed fine beans
Dinner - as above

Snack - fresh shelled peas

Beef recipe
Beef cubed
One white onion chunkily chopped
Carrots chopped into chunks
Lots of garlic cloves
Can chopped tomatoes
Sweet paprika (about a level teaspoon)
Salt pepper
Pint of water
Finely chopped green olives
Jersey New pots chopped in half

Bung in slow cooker switch on cook for hours - hey presto (so tasty though, the meat stays soft and kind of gelatinous - delish
