2 pots of tea, 1litre nas ribena, glass iced tea, latte.
 
Excellent Ceecie, was worried for a min there! Nice menu.

L 1 slice wholemeal bread ham and salad with pickle, 1 mini cheese scone, grapes

D: Chicken, coleslaw, garlic olives, cauliflower
 
Today:
B - Shreddies, small bananna, 'milked-down' yogurt
S - apple
L - cold chicken, crackers, mini babybel
S - Yogurt
D - going to try a lamb chop, new pots, runner beans & gravy
