Just for fun.

Its only 53 days till Christmas and I was wondering how much weight I could lose in that time.... Another stone maybe??

Then I got to thinking, how much could all of us WLSers lose in that time... 20 stone? 30 stone? More?

So hows about it. Whether pre op, post op, just thinking about surgery, who would like to join me in publicly stating how much they would like to lose by Christmas.

It doesnt matter if your target is big or small - lets see how much we could lose as one big WLS team!

If you are in, just add your name and how much you would like to lose, then we could post our losses each monday (or whenever your weigh in day is) to see how we are getting on.

ill go for 20lb , ill be on the pre op diet before christmas so hoping for a good loss before christmas x think ill put a pre christmas challenge ticker up lol

uuummmmmmmmmmm well let me see if i go for 5 lbs that will give me a weight of 133lbs but more importantly a bmi of 36.9.
so that will be my christmas challenge 5 lbs fingers crossed especially as ive not lost anything for a few weeks now.

Great Idea I will say 40lb only because I havn't been weighed since the day of my operation and that was 2 weeks ago.going to have to get some digital scales !
