I wasn't aware of this so have been reading around a little. I suspect at a BMI of 147 she would need to lose some before she can have surgery. Also from everything I read she has no support for weight loss. She is in hospital at the moment.

I think you are doing a great thing for your daughter, my mum wishes she could of done the same so I didn't miss my twenties in the way I did. I wish you both the best x

I agree too, when you get to that weight there is no nipping out to the shop, someone is feeding her, and feeding her lots. Poor thing x
