Daily Sleeve Food Diaries - please add yours!

10 weeks post op

B - 1 MyProtein shake + 200ml ss milk
S - 12g. beef jerky
L - 30g. roasted chicken breast + 10 french fries
D - 5 pieces of sushi

Drank only 1500ml water (didn't have much time to drink)
 
O yes! Porridge for breakfast :)

Cheese & Biscuits for lunch

Chicken, peppers and salsa
Instant whip

Feed a cold? No can do so will let it take its course.

Had a hot milk, honey and rum toddy to help me sleep
 
Today:

B: 1/2 Activia yoghurt with granola

L: picnic of selection of salads from M&S and some ham

D: 1/2 a club sandwich and a handful of fries

S: nectarine (again!), an ice cream cone and some olives.

Drinks: 2lt water, 2 glasses NAS orange and 2 cups of tea.

B - 1 MyProtein shake made with water + 1 no fat, no sugar banana soufflè
S - 300g. no sugar jelly
L - 65g. steak
S - 300ml V8 veggie juice + 2 small protein ice cream bites
D - 65g. veggie frittata + 18g. parmesan cheese
 
Sunday

Niece and nephew's birthday party and BBQ so not the best eating day.....but it was lush! ;)

B: 1 boiled egg mashed in a cup

L: canapés and sushi at the party

D: Birthday BBQ- 1/2 piece of chicken, 2 ribs, potato salad, green salad and a slice of crusty bread. 1 piece of red velvet birthday cake.

Drinks: 2lt water, loads of tea and 1 glass of Prosecco :)

Today:

B: bowl of Cheerios with skimmed milk

L: pastrami, beet root and spinach sandwich

D: crumpet with jam

Drinks: 1lt water, (only) 4 cups of tea!, 1 glass of fresh OJ
 
Yesterday

B - 1 MyProtein shake + 200ml ss milk
S - 1/2 protein banana soufflè (home baked, delicious)
L - 200g. baked beans
S - 1/2 protein banana soufflé
D - 50g. veggie oven baked frittata + 60g. waffle thin roasted chicken breast

600g. NAS jelly
1.550ml NAS flavoured water (I've learned to make my own with fruits and veggies)

P.S.: today is 12 week out and going to see nutritionist

L: 1/2 a tuna melt sandwich

D: Stir-fried veg ( broccoli, asparagus, mange-tout, baby corn and peas) with sweet chilli sauce and 2 tbsp rice

No snacks today, couldn't fit them in! Lol

Drinks: NAS black currant, loads of tea!

Yesterday (12 weeks post op)

B - 1 MyProtein shake + 200ml ss milk
S - 16g. parmesan cheese
L - 1 protein bar
S - 16g. parmesan cheese + 300g NAS jelly
D - 20g. pasta with tomato sauce and 100g. ricotta

2000ml water
 
Today

B - Oats so simple
S - 18g. parmesan cheese
L - Pasta salad (less than half a small bowl)
D - 200g. baked beans

2000ml water

Nutritionist told me to have more carbs. I'm not sure she's right but I'll try.

Chicken Tikka Masala with two Rice Cakes

A slice of Black Pudding with a poached egg on top

Two Milky Coffees
Two pints of Vimpto
Now sipping on a pint of water

Convinced I should be drinking more in this weather!

Might have a diced up apple later as well :) really need to eat fruit! Not drink it
 
I can't stop eating fruit! I may have a problem! Lol


B: crunchy nut cornflakes with skimmed milk

L: 1 nectarine, handful of cherries and a fig.

D: 2 fish fingers, 1 tbsp sweet corn, handful of oven chips

Snacks: cherries, figs, strawberries and nectarines!

Drinks: 2 lt water, tea, tea and more tea!

B: nothing

L: M&S sushi

D: 2 homemade meatballs with 3 tbsp pasta

Snacks: strawberries & pkt ready salted crisps

Drinks: 2 lt water......no tea! :eek:
 
No tea and no nectarine??? Something funny going on! Lol x

Lol I know! I have had both this morning so I'm making up for it! Xx

L: 1/2 roll with turkey, beet root and coleslaw.

D: Homemade lasagne, salad and some strawberries

S: 1 pear

Drinks: 2lt water, loads of tea! :)

L: 2 Ryvita with 1 slice of ham, sliced tomatoes and basil

D: cheese on toast

S: 1 pear, 1 nectarine, some strawberries

Drinks: 2lt water, strawberry Yazoo, tea
