Differences!

I am amazed at how different people can look at the same height and weight.....i've really been taking note over the last few weeks......people who weigh 12 stone yet manage to fit into a size 10......people who loose 2 stone can look amazingly different while others can loose 5 and you only see a slight improvement if i'm being honest.

No wonder people's goal weights are so different........even if there is no vast difference in height.

It's quite bamboozling and one of the reasons why I really have no idea what my goal will be.

But fantastically interesting that humans are so diverse. Just goes to show we are all individuals & we should celebrate our differences. Wish some of the popular media & celebrity world would take note.
