Direct with Surgeon

Has anyone booked their surgery direct with the surgeon? I'm sure I read a post where someone had done this and got it a lot cheaper?

Yes, but bear in mind that bypasses have more complications than sleeves, so if there were any problems, you may have to return to the surgeon. Its just me, but if i wanted a bypass, i would stay in this country.

Can I ask, when are you due to have your surgery? I believe you are going for the wrap?

I was hoping to have a sleeve in August, but i am not sure about my finances now, i may have some legal fees coming up, so i may have to postpone :sigh::sigh:

Only through contact with a couple of his previous clients. I think i put the correspondence and a few pics of the hospital on my diary thread.

Thats the quote he gave me too, bear in mind it will fluctuate with the Euro fluctuation. Good news about the extra room too!
