Monday 22/2

Breakfast - Banana slimfast

Lunch
Fish pie & broccoli - didn't eat much of it

Dinner
Chicken liver pate with 3 crackers

Snack
1/2 toasted tea cake which I promptly threw up!!

1ltr water plus 2 or 3 cups of tea
 
Monday
Breakfast - one slice of toast and marmite
No Lunch
Tea - veg fritatta and fruit

Tuesday; breakfast, 1/2pt fresh orange. Lunch, 1/2 tin of chicken soup with 1 slice bread mushed in. Dinner, beef bouginion with spring cabbage and a desert spoon of mash. frsh cherrys with cherry mousse`supper, 2 small triangle buttys with cheese 1 pkt baked wotsits @95cals. Snacks: 1 x satsuma, 1 x banana, 1/2 doz grapes.
 
well for me yesterday it was
b - 25g tinned peaches with 1 ww pineapple yoghurt

l - 2 low fat crackers with pate

d - half portion of pork steak in cider apple glaze (made from a recipe in one of my wls books - yummy), brussel sprouts & though I put 3 tiny new potatoes on my plate couldnt eat them as I try to stick to eating protein, veg then carbs which seems to be working!

s- cup of warm ss lactose free milk with 1 rich tea bikky

how good am I????

+ 3 skinny coffee's , 1ltr water
not too bad , could have been worse i'm trying to get back on target.

Small lamb chop, swede & gravy

Wednesday: breakfast 1/2 pt s/s milk, Lunch 1/2 cheese butty & 1pkt baked wotsits @95cals. Dinner Meal out (girly night) 8oz grilled sirloin, & corn on the cob (no butter) 1 x mouthful of my friends ice cream with chocolate fudge cake, 3 x glasses of rose`wine. Snacks: none due to saving my cals for my meal treat out.
 
Wednesday

Breakfast - 1 slice toast with marmite
Lunch - small pasta in tomato sauce
Tea - quorn and bean chilli (no rice)
Supper - left over chilli

Bad day for carbs :-(
 
Thurdsay

Breakfast - coffee
Lunch - Chips and curry sauce (party at work)
Tea - Pasta & roasted veg.

tiny portions of everything but not a good couple of days overall. Must try harder!!
 
Thursday 25/2

Breakfast

Egg mayo on 3 water biscuits

Dinner
Smoked haddock in cheese sauce, peas and 2 tbls mash

Snack
3 bean salad with vinegrette dressing
1 glass choc milk

apple juice + 1ltr water + teas
 
Sunday: Breakfast zilch:eek: (preparing a candle light dinner for my sister & brother in law) Lunch, roast lamb, spring cabbage, carrots, small yorkshire (only ate half) mint sauce, pudding L/fat custard minus the best bit of apple pie:mad:. supper 1 x cracker with l/f cheese. My total weight loss for this week was 3LB.

Homemade Thai spicy prawn & lemongrass soup

Cosmopolitan cocktail (only drank 1/2 as didn't like it) (Ooops)
