How long following following surgery before you managed to 'change your shoes'? I know I only had my bypass on Tuesday and I haven't really eaten anything of substance but beginning to worry about constipation :sign0137:

It was about 10 days for me following my bypass. I think the anaesthetic has a lot to do with it. X

Try benefibre. A couple of spoonfuls in your tea everyday and it helps a lot. You might have to try something stronger for the first time.
