Well, I am only 6 days post bypss, but I am loving the 'little stars' (or something liek ethat) babies LF frommage frais..not really enjoying the consumme, drinks, SF or anything else but do look forward to my FF!! I am still on the liquids stage so look forwards to my slops stage!

right now - fruit puree ice lollies or minimilks (recommended by my dietitian). Nothing else interests me and if anyone could make some suggestions for someone with no appetite who would rather not eat but has to then I would be so grateful!

During liquids stage I loved Miso soup (without bits) because I craved savory and ice lollies were lovely and kept me hydrated.

Durring purees I loved:
shrimp salad pulsed smooth http://www.minimins.com/wls-recipes...ee-stage-soups-sauce-recipes.html#post1070535

egg custards

fakeout lasagna (ricotta, parmesan, smooth meat sauce no pasta)

During soft foods I loved omelettes & chilli only slightly pulsed.

Now I am in love with tortilla pizzas http://www.minimins.com/wls-recipes-forum/92053-tortilla-pizza.html which I have at least 3 times per week it seems. And my new fav for the moment is homemade protein ice cream http://www.minimins.com/wls-recipes-forum/107484-protein-ice-cream.html - yummy!!!

HTH,
Nic:D

Yak! scrambled egg! a no, no for me. poached or lightly fried seems ok though and have that for breakfast. Don't know why I can't tolerate scrambled. x

That is pretty common, scrambled eggs are pebbly in texture and we tend not to actually chew them so they can cause discomfort. I add shredded cheese to mine and chew, goes down fine.
