hiya joanne 7271.i myself have had a couple of ladies problem and had surgery.the op yes it does worry me.but its the food.getting it right.i have sat for hours with this site writing things down.and I do believe hard work will get us thru.if we keep it in stages as it is all set out.i went onto the arcives and got loads of thing to make for puree and soft and when you maintain normal food.i do wish you all the luck.you take care.at the end of the day the decision is ours
