First Fill Tomorrow..Nervous!!

Try not to be nervous, it's all over and done with really quick. Sometimes when I've had a fill I haven't even felt it.
Sometimes depending on the nurse, they ask you to raise your legs and hold them in the air (like killer stomach exercises) I find that hard, even 5 stone lighter it still kills!!

I had my first fill yesterday and it was a doddle - I was so busy talking about what I'd been up to over Christmas - I didn't even realise it was over and done with - so don't worry at all.

Did it...it wasn't pleasant but worth it. I went from 4ml up to 5 ml in a 10ml band, also got weighed and I've lost 3 stone in 6 weeks so that's pretty exciting! x
