freezing puree stage

Hi i'm sorry if this is bit of a dumb blonde question. I've made home made colliflower cheese and pureed it but there is waaaay too much. I am just wondering if it is ok to freeze it because the colliflower was frozen and not fresh.

Yep. Good to bung in the freezer. Just keep a tally, we are still unearthing little gems from a year ago from my first wls :eek:

Lol I've put 3 x 100g tubs in the fridge and then about 250g in the freezer. I was like that when I used to make baby food there were little tubs appearing in the freezer months after I stopped using them :)
 
Personally I think the pots have a bit of a love-in and breed.

I can't believe I made that many. :p

I make my husband eat them when we find them, he has to come in useful occasionally :D
