H pylori bacteria in stomach......anyone had this prior to surgery?

Hi I have this and wonder if it will be a problem? I am alergic to one of the three anti bio tics I need to take.....
Has anyone had a similar experience?

Hi, I had an endoscopy and a biopsy to test for this but it was negative.

I wouldn't have thought it would be a problem as long as treatment is completed/successful. Have they given you alternative antibiotics for the one you are allergic to?

Not yet, they are trying to find a suitable alternative as I'm actually allergic to a few anti biopics!
Hopefully they will be able to work something out.

no only after, it was found when they sent my stomach off for biopsy.
