I think it's just a cold.. I'm having a hungry day today.. I had a yoghurt drink for breakfast at 9, then hungry at 11 so had approx 1 1/2 crab sticks then hungry again at half 1.. Had 2 mozzarella dippers and 1 chicken nugget from mcdonalds.... :/ on a god note, I've lost another 4.2lb since last Wednesday xx
When you write it all out it sounds like loads but the quantities are tiny! A crab stick is about 17 calories so if that's your hungry day, that's great - excellent loss too Kirsty - way to go hun xx
I have hungry days then the next feel just not like eating also I find in a morning that I am not that hungry
yeah they are important ill send ya some of mine im swimming in them lol
the diabetes makes me dry always drank loads im getting my usual 3 or 4 litres a day still but your doing fab for a new post opper
