Mine are large capsules and the pharmacist said do not spilt the capsule and take the powder with them so deffo need to different way to take them. I'm on soluble Tramadol and paramead calpol type paracetamol both are vile :(

I'm stay with my mum on the lower manor ATM live in woodhouse myself so can get into town easily... X

I'm in hoyland but can, easily get to Sheffield xx some antidepressants are slow release, that's probably why you can't split them. Without a drs say so, you can easily overdose so be careful hun xxx

I'm going to try tea again tomorrow. Had some yesterday with 1 sugar and the sugar made me feel sick even after anti sickness meds... Got mum to get me some WW hot chocolate too to try, been fancying it since Monday night lol

Just got into bed, sharing with mum and kicked step mum onto sofa bed, I struggle to get off the sofa bed normally, so decided against it... Xx
