My other half made me a coffee the other day he's diabetic and uses sweeteners in his brews he stuck one in mine I could hardly tell the difference, I've just made myself a brew at work and used a sweetener xx

I don't think they taste any different in coffee, but can tell with tea :/ tea is my fave xx

I haven't tried build up or complain etc just been adding non flavoured protein powder to some of my food. I only weighed my self cause my mum got her scales out, then I've been to the scales I normally get weighed on today. I'm not planning on weighing myself often anyway, every 2 maybe 3 weeks.

I also can't get on with my fitness pal, it's very annoying to me as most of the calories burned with exercise are wrong... I'm not calorie counting yet, I will once I'm eating properly though..

Staples are coming out at 11:15!! Then I'm off to meet up with a friend, her mum and some others at a pub. Not that I can eat or drink anything lol

One of mine opened up a couple of weeks ago. I've had anti boitics in case of infection. Keep it dry, covered (but breathable) & clean. Check it regular too cuz the last thing u want is a skin infection. It is healing now though. I got some prize yukky photos of it (i may leave them out the family album tho!) good luck at a&e!

oh no kirsty not good best to get it checked... one of mine was gaping this morning booked appointment at doc just to double check it was fine. Hospital phone so mentioned it nurse said get a steri strip on put it back together lol hope all ok x x x

They've cleaned it and put steri strips on it and then a dressing on top, got to watch it very carefully for infections and back to docs in a week for them to check it. I'm exhausted now x

Sounds like they r looking after u. Dont get it wet tho. Its easy to get it infected more when wet. I'm a dab hand at showing the top & bottom halves of me separately now, let me know if you need any tips lol

I am home, no feet up though, waiting for mums cat to come to be let in, he's a big pain though. Feeling less comfortable with the staples out than I did with them in and feeling very Teary.. Feel silly x

Really not feeling it today, woke up with a migraine that I think is down to the stress of yesterday, keep feeling sick with it, my eyes are hurting from it and just feel generally crappy
