Thanks everyone... Mum will keep taking photos every few weeks lol I got weighed again this morning, mum is eager to know what I've lost lol.. Lost another 4lb since last Monday :) xx

Well done Kirsty that's a great loss. How much is that since surgery? I wasn't gonna weigh myself buy I'm a week out tomorrow so I might just have to have a sneaky peak to see what I've lost xx

It's 20lb now since the 31st jan op was on the 3rd.. I didn't want to weigh myself straight away but I wanted to know what I'd lost.. It was mums idea today :) xx

Wow well done Kirsty that is a fantastic loss!! Keep up the good work! Are you on your purée stage now? What kind of things are you able to eat? I start purée on Sunday and counting the days xx

Yes, been on purée stage since day 3, I eat a lot of cheese triangles, frubes, mash with cheese, beans puréed with cheese (wow, lots of cheese lol ) weetabix for breakfast.. I have soups too, but not runny.. And I add unflavoured protein powder to a lot of things too.. I also had fish in parsley sauce... That's all I can think of upto now, I hope it helps :)

I think it's starting to kick in that it's working now, though I need to hold off on the weighing now for a few weeks as I don't want to get obsessed lol xx

I had lots of cheese too - still do in fact - with the approval of my dietician! It seems to really hit the spot! Cheese strings especially are really useful to have in your bag for when you're on the go when you get on to solids.
