Up until yesterday I hadn't been for 2 weeks and I've tried to laxido my doc have me but nothing :( hoping it gets better now... X

since i had the problem with bms, ive solved it now, i have orange juice diluted with water every couple of days and it does the trick for me. I only have cheapy everyday value stuff, little cartons, just squeeze them into a glass and then dilute it xx

Erm, I think I've eaten too much, or maybe too fast.. Not feeling sick or any thing but feel like I'm being stabbed in the stomach from behind...?

when i get pains in my pouch its either the speed i ate ate or the texture of the food not being right. pain should die down in 5 to 20 mins hun

Yeah it stopped after about 10 min.. I had mini wholemeal crackers with dairylea cheese thanks x

Just weighed myself. Need to get off this weighing every week business!! It hasn't even been a week lol!! Anyway. I've lost 4.2lb that is 26.9lb in total and 1.1lb off 2 stone! Xx
 
That's brill well done Hun I was a bit obsessive was weighing every day I'm down to twice a week now n I feel a lot happier with that x

Thanks everyone :) I only weighed myself as I went to the gym to say hello to a few people that do my classes and thought I'd get weighed while I was there...

I've had corned beef hash for tea and it was amazing! I've been wanting corned beef for 2 weeks and it was so satisfying! Yum!

I am proud :) I'm super surprised too.. Everyone mentions TOM and low losses.. I started my tom this morning and have lost more this week than last week.. It's so odd.. Maybe next week will only be a small loss.. Hoping to get Atleast the 1.1lb off be Wednesday as that's when my post op appointment is..

I'm army cousins again tomorrow and it was her who made the hash, so I will have some more maybe for lunch lol xxx
 
Feeling fed up today. Well tonight. Been fine all day until now. I'm fed up of not knowing what I want to eat, I have an appetite, I can eat, I just don't know what I want, and end up having something boring... That's the worst part of this for me, not really fancying something to eat. I want the odd things like the corned beef, and I really want a pepperami.. But when it comes to meal times I just look at what I've got a sigh for 10 minutes before I decide on something.. This is so frustrating for me.. The TOM isn't helping.. I can't wait for my appointment on Wednesday and I'm really hoping for the all clear to go back to the gym because I need to work some frustration away.. This is my first seriously fed up frustrated day I've had.. It doesn't feel good.. :(
 
How about having a look at some recipes find something you fancy and go out n get the ingredients to make it? I often find somethin homemade sorts me out. Or pop out and have a starter somewhere treat yourself x
