Heartlands Mr Kumar Waiting time

Hello,

I am new to this group. After six years I finally got funding approved from Warwickshire PCT in Feb 2011. I am now waiting for a date for my gastric bypass. When I spoke to the secretary she said 4 months in one sentence and then the next said 12 months.

Just wondered if anyone has received a date recently to know how long they have waited.

i waited a year for mr kumar but i am in N.ireland. Heartlands hospital had contract to provide surgery for 50 of us.
Hope u dont have to wait too long

I finally got a date. 27 oct! I have a pre op on Monday.
