hello I'm new I went for my first appointment with the dietitian on the 16th and they have put me on the milk diet for 4 weeks I am with luton and dunstable hospital is anybody else on it I have been on it for 2 days hope it gets better found it hard today .

I have my first appointment on 1st of Feb at L&D! I haven't experienced the milk diet for myself yet but from what I've read on here it does get easier
