Thanks for the warning. It must be so hard to undo years of habits. Remembering to sip is annoying. Can you more than sip now?

Yh def. I drink alot of water. I found it REALLY diff not to eat with meals as I get a rly dry mouth etc and, at the risk of gettin mobbed on her, I admit I do drink diet coke now :-/

Of course you won't stop at 20 lol you'll be skinny in no time lol
