Does anyone eat Readybrek does it have any sugar in it, my beloved porridge is tasting like n old rubber boot lol. The reason I'm asking is because I still can't trousers on due to the problems I've had so hubby is doing all the shopping on his own and he can't bless him see labels as clear and he's also not sure what is and isn't real sugar what's false and he doesn't want me to dump. Thanks

Thats the original version I guess if you had the choc/syrup versions the sugar count would be a lot higher, always worth checking online before giving hubby a shopping list lol, hope you're ok xx

Hi thank you for that, I'm feeling a bit better even though I should be asleep at this silly hour lol but my head does feel like it's cleared a bit which must mean all that Dioralytie I've sunk the past 24 hrs was worth it

I eat readybrek every morning and I'm 4 weeks post op. No problems at all with it. X

Thanks for that I might try some tomorrow and see how I get on. Today I had mash potato with an egg yoke

Eating ready brek as we speak for first time.. Just started purée yesterday and had mushy weetabix yesterday but didn't enjoy.. So today having ready brek so much nicer..think tomorrow gonna spoil myself and have a little cinnamon in it.. Woo hoo.. So much nicer than eating soup!!!!
But also gonna try mush potato with egg yolk good tip...
