you didn't have surgery long ago so you're not going to have had your 1st fill yet. Usually 6 weeks post-op? When you start having fills it will get better, until then it's total willpower i'm afraid not to undo the work that you've achieved so far.

Hey folks,
my hunger cravings were because i simply wasnt eating enough. I'm on semi solids now, around 1500 calories, and after 2 weeks I've lost 1.5 stone, which is pleasing!

Band fill #1 scheduled for middle of Feb. What should i expect?

not too much - they tend to go slow at the start so you may only get a slight restriction, usually the 3rd or 4th fill does the job

nope, you have a band but pretty much anything can pass through it as it's not filled so not providing the required restriction. You'll see what I mean when you start having fills
