Hello everyone
Well everything is going well since I've had my band. I've lost just over 2 stone in 3 months. I've not had no problems apart from last night I ate my dinner too fast and it was quite uncomfortable and I had to make myself be sick but I've now learnt my lesson and gonna take it very slow from now on.
I hope everyone is doing well and I'll write again soon.
