Lap band: Fills?

I am really interested to know how Fills work? Maybe should have asked . I have had a 4ml fill during my op, and I wondered how much it would take to get a restriction. I am not sure what restriction I have yet as I am still on a liquid diet, so will only find out when I move onto the next stage.

Would love Lap Banders out there to share their wisdom

When they give you a fill, it is with salin fluid that fills little fluid pockets on the inside of the band, this in turn closes the gap a little tighter, to prevent food going thru so fat.

Getting to the sweet spot of restriction can take a few attempts, it's like fine tuning a car
