like bar obscuring thumbnails

Whenever I try to view a thumbnail I get a 'like bar' going through the picture, often making the photo unviewable, how do I move this, I've tried moving it up with the curser but this doesn't seem to work, can anybody help?

I think its when some one has "liked" the post that has the thumbnails on.
The only way thay I have found to fix it is to go back to the post and scroll down the page a bit and then open the thumbnail
