Can anyone tell me, is the not drinking half an hour before and after food rule, a life long thing?? I'm 16 ish weeks post op and still find this a struggle! It's a major conscious effort to avoid it

Hiya yes it’s a lifetime rule, you’ll get used to it though it will become second nature x

I think at this point in time, it's one of the trickier things to get to grips with!
