lunch ideas?

Hi guys. Apart from homemade soups as they don't really sustain me can anyone recommend some band friendly lunch ideas? I used to enjoy a nice salad but now it's colder I'm not fancying it anymore.

I'm looking to not spend more than 10 a week on my lunch and I have a microwave at work.

Crispbread with pate.
Jacket potato with cottage cheese/beans/chilli (cook potato at work in the microwave)
Beans on toast.
Toasted sandwiches. (those toaster bags are brilliant if you have a toaster at work)
Wholemeal pasta and sauce
You could dish up an extra small dinner into a pot the night before an re-heat it in the microwave the next day.

I can't eat bread or crispbreads and pasta is very hit and miss. I don't eat pate or much meat to be honest. I'm just running out of ideas??

Iceland have Weight Watchers meals on offer at 3 for £3.00 which is a heck of a lot less than Asda at £1.75 each. I bought quite a few for the freezer.

I usually have left overs of the night before heating up in microwave...
