Milk diet

I am a student midwife currently on z break from university as I was told that I am to fat to practice. I was told to leave the room when a machine had to be used as there wasn't enough room for us both. I have no decided not to continue with my midwifery but to jump to general nursing and doing so has completley changed my out look on life. Before I was keeping the weight on as I was dreading going back, now on the other hand I am looking forward to starting a new thinner chapter in my life. Who knows might become a obesity specialist nurse. Xxx

Caroline, what a dreadful reflection on your colleagues on the midwifery course. Well done you for not being put off totally and persuing your career in nursing. Whatever specialism you choose to do I am sure you will be wonderful at it. I to can't call you by your profile name no matter what your size that is a very derogatory name to be called or call yourself by you are a good person and deserve a better self image and name than that gives you.
Good luck on your journey I hope your results come through soon and you can truly get started.

As an ex-nurse myself, I can tell you that going through the system as a "customer" will give an appreciation of what it's like to be on the receiving end. It will affect your practice as a nurse for ever!!
Mind you, having had my op on Thursday, it has helped me get home quickly. Away from all those nasty germs!!

FC38, I think your first name and your age together would be a good start. I think a combination would be a better way to choose a new name and self image hun. Try your birthstone and age or birth year and stone, anything is more positive than what you have :)

Every time I try and press the profile page if keeps saying access denied so I am struggling too change it x

fc38, you need to make 25 post I think before you can access your control panel.
